  Terms and Conditions of Business
  1.
  Please note we DO NOT offer credit and unless agreed otherwise, payment is as 
  shown on the front of invoices - we ask that ALL customers respect these terms.
  2.
  Upon acceptance of an estimate a 40% deposit will be required prior to commencement 
  of work, after which interim invoices will be issued on a WEEKLY basis. Deposits are non-
  refundable except where due to our fault we have not carried out the work within 12 
  weeks from date of deposit invoice.
  3.
  All estimates are an estimate of the cost only and valid for a period of three months.
  4.
  Estimates include ONLY the items listed, any items discussed on site but not listed have 
  NOT been included.
  5.
  In the event of goods on site being damaged, destroyed or lost after delivery, payment 
  in full for the same will be required.
  6.
  E J Grabham Electrical Contractor Limited will not accept any responsibility for the 
  failure or unsatisfactory performance of any installation carried out by it if any subsequent 
  alteration has been made to the installation by any other person other than a company 
  representative.
  7.
  All materials remain the property of E J Grabham Electrical Contractor Limited until 
  payment has been made in FULL and the company reserves the right to remove all 
  materials should the account not be paid.
  8.
  Wiring certificates will not be issued until payment has been made in FULL.
  9.
  Unless otherwise agreed in writing these terms and conditions shall apply to all orders 
  placed.
  10.  Any objections to the above terms and conditions MUST be made in writing no later 
  than 72 hours before commencement of work.
